Ever try going to the bathroom with something like this standing behind you?
And I'm pretty certain that almost every horror movie I have ever seen, partially or in full, ran through my mind. I had to keep looking over my shoulder just to be certain it wasn't on the move.
I am lucky to be alive.

bwahahahahaha!
Creepy. My question is what heart is missing in her left hand? She still retains her divine nature, but did she lose her virtue? Her individual worth? Her integrity?! That might actually be more frightening than her placement.
Also, Moby Dick.
Now that you have told me where this little creature is located, I have a feeling I know who put it there. Its very disturbing, but not surprising!
I think I know where I can find one just like that and put it in my bathroom for your next visit.
Two comments: I just got back from camp working with a guy called Ishmael. His name-tag said "Call me Ishmael", and everyone did. Now that I see your quote, I doubt that was his real name, but no one "got it".
And I got a doll JUST like that one as a white elephant gift for Christmas. I was pretty disappointed. I left it on a table for 2 minutes, and when I came back to get it, it was gone- no where to be seen. To this day, I believe it crept off on its own...
