Winter, slumbering in the open air, wears on its smiling face a dream... of spring.*

I've just found out some horrible news! Absolutely dreadful!

March 13th is daylights savings!

Spring Forward!? Lose an hour!? Wake up late everyday for the following week?

Gross.

...I thought I had more time. Good news - at least it will be brighter in the mornings, maybe I'll run before work rather than after. And it means that spring is finally coming.

The joys of living in Arizona, no daylight savings time. :) Kind of a pain at the same time since everyone else does so all our family changes to either an hour a head of us or two hours and it's confusing figuring out what time it is sometimes.

Spring...please come. Did you know...the longest day of the year in Alaska starts at 438 am and ends at 1120 pm:) I could probably run...whenever. If I could muster of the motivation that is:)

p.s. even though it's the same hour every year we gain & lose, i am always po'ed about losing it in the spring, and ecstatic about gaining an extra hour of sleep in the fall. silliness.

Actually the sun will be coming up later :( Because 6:30 will all of a sudden by 7:30, the sun will rise an hour later. But good news - the sun will stay up to past 7 pm!

YAY! I was wondering when it was. I'm probably the only person on the planet who is excited for the spring day light savings. My kids are up at 5:30 EVERY MORNING (often as early as 5) I'm really hoping we can start sleeping till 6:30. That would be joyous!
...but um, yeah, bummer about loosing an hour of sleep :)
